Venus in Scorpio Squares off with Saturn in Aquarius

The Sun is also in an easy connection to Pluto adding to the theme of power. What constitutes power? Who has it and who does not?

 

Venus is currently swimming through the depths of Scorpio - a fixed water sign that promotes transformation through releasing what is no longer true, shedding ancient pain, and inviting us to feel more deeply - always stretching our comfort level.

 

Venus in Scorpio also speaks to the power and suffering of having a female body in a culture that has disparaged the feminine for all of known history, with few exceptions.

 

Venus in Scorpio wants to be penetrated by Love, to be taken by the Mystery, to surrender to Union beyond the edge of the known. She is intimate with the initiation through emotional pain. She feels deeply. Her superpower is her courageous navigation of the velvet deep. She has the ability to express the depths of her love through the ecstatic union of sex. She invites us to master the art of using our sexual energy in service to regeneration.

 

Saturn meeting Venus cuts at our esteem. In Scorpio, our deepest sense of power in our sexuality. So many of us in female bodies have suffered sexual violation. Healing from this has been part of our initiation into greater embodiment. I bow to each of you who has done this work. Your role in the revolution of this time is significant.

 

If you have been on the receiving end of violation, these feelings may be up for you as Venus moves through Scorpio until October 7th. Healing is available if you allow yourself to be intimate with how the historic wound is showing up in present time.

 

There is a place in depths, our feminine essence, that can never be harmed. Our original innocence cannot be taken. Knowing this is power. Living this is liberation.

 

If you have been feeling isolated, depressed, challenged to connect with your sense of esteem or downright lonely, you may be feeling these Venus - Saturn energies.

 

Venus wants to connect and Saturn brings isolation and fear. The most exalted expression of Saturn in Aquarius with Venus is to find our kindred spirits who align with our vision of a brighter future. You may feel loss around your ability to find and connect with your clan. You may also experience setbacks financially as Venus also represents the flow of money and the currency of trust in collaborative relationships.

 

The key with Venus is to meet the depths with a courageously open heart. Venus is moving towards the peak of her cycle in November. There is a gift for us as she reaches the fruition of her cycle that began in June 2020.

 

Our hearts have the ability to hold and transmute all of it.

 

Venus is personal but Saturn sparks larger social issues. Saturn represents the status quo and what has authority in our lives - government, laws, and the institutions that create the structure of society.

 

Life as we knew it has been destabilized by technology and digital reality more quickly than we could have imagined only a few years ago. The effects of social media on this current generation are widely unknown, yet increased alienation, depression, anxiety, and suicide rates are obviously a result.

 

Will Saturn inspire solutions and a new vision or will virtual reality replace our most precious values of authenticity and connection? The impact of lockdowns, social distancing, masking and division around vaccination is driving the question, “What our future will look and feel like? Will we create utopia or dystopia on this magnificent planet?”

 

Saturn in Aquarius was the headliner when it made contact with Jupiter in the same sign last December Solstice. Remember The Great Conjunction? These two social planets started a twenty-year cycle to inspire us to re-envision culture as the old dominator model falls away.

 

Will we co-create a more humanitarian vision or will the old dominator model be empowered by technology to increase enslavement of the human spirit through global agendas like The Great Reset?

 

Saturn is riding through Aquarius until 2023, so the new cultural creation is up for grabs. We are choosing it daily through our consciousness and the actions we take.

 

September 22nd is Equinox and the final season before we return to December Solstice. With Mercury already in Libra, the sign of September Equinox, and preparing to go retrograde at the end of the month, we have much to learn about justice, equality, and how to better understand our blind spots through the reflections of others

Venus is the guardian (ruler) of the sign Libra, so her influence is especially important in the month to come. Our ability to know our own truth and live from our sovereignty while honoring other’s perspectives and choices will be tested. We must learn to work together at a new level to co-create the reality that makes our hearts sing.

 

The deeper we go into our heart’s truth while Venus is in Scorpio, the more ability we will have to show up authentically and connect with the people who resonate with that truth. It’s time to stop hiding our shadow and attract others who are committed to healing the divides we have all suffered in this culture of power over.

 

Through true partnership, we will learn how to share power, elevate our vision and create win/win situations. Allow yourself the deep dive to prepare.
